🎨 CALLING ALL ARTISTS! 🎨 We’re excited to announce 12 FOR 12 our monthly online art exhibition and we want YOU to be a part of it! Each month we focus on a new theme, and we’re selecting only 12 artists to showcase their work. Applications are assessed in order of submission so you can apply for any of the themes throughout the year. (Themes and dates are listed in the form below).

Open Opportunity: The artwork can be any size and dimension, and is not restricted by a physical gallery space.
Sustainability: Online exhibitions reduce the carbon footprint by eliminating the need for transportation, physical venues, and printed materials, aligning with environmentally conscious practices.
Inclusivity: Digital formats are more inclusive for artists and collectors, accommodating individuals with disabilities or those who might face barriers accessing traditional gallery spaces.
🔑 How It Works
Monthly Themes: Each month has a unique theme to keep things fresh and dynamic.
Submission: You can submit to any themes that align with your artwork, and you may be selected more than once.
Selection: Up to 12 artists will be chosen per theme based on artistic skill, expression, and uniqueness. Only one artwork per artist per theme.
Promotion: Selected works will be promoted across our channels throughout the exhibition duration.
Sales: All artwork will be for sale on the Mist Art Services (Mist Gallery) website.
Fees:
Registration Fee: $100 plus GST for selected entries, paid upfront. This supports our marketing efforts.
Commission: 40% plus GST on all art sales. The registration fee will be deducted from the commission on sales over $500.
Shipping Costs: Artists are responsible for shipping. These costs must be factored into the artwork price, and all works must include shipping in their listed cost.
Payments: Sales payments will be made once customers receive their artwork. Tracking numbers will need to be shared with Mist Art Services to ensure timely updates for clients.
Artwork Submission Requirements:
Submit at least three high-resolution photos of the artwork for online promotions. Photos must accurately represent the artwork, including colours and framing.
Provide clear details about the artwork, such as medium and dimensions.
2D artworks need to be ready to hang.
Exclusivity: Once accepted, the artwork is exclusive to Mist Art Services for the duration of the online exhibition. It cannot be sold privately during this period.
