As the whales head south with their calves the mothers stick close to the coastline, teaching their babies about the
coastal habitat. Spring is well on the way, the days are getting longer, the Black cockatoos begin to build in numbers as the wattle and the T.tree bloom.
Just before the sun appears over the horizon the work takes on a golden sheen.
