I am lucky enough to witness the magnificent Osprey feeding at the mouth of the Tweed River on my morning walks. As the sun comes up and the trawlers head back to unload their catch, the Osprey indulges in his own ocean harvest.

Create, Make and Savour!
Join Anthea Amore and Helen Otway for a day of indulgence in the outskirts of Nimbin. Start the day with a beautiful and abundant display of in-season and native produce as inspiration to create a still life drawing/ painting or a hand built clay model or both! After a morning of creativity, participants have a chance to relax, enjoy the views and meander around the property whilst Anthea prepares for her cooking demonstration. Using the abundant produce, Anthea will demonstrate a few recipes from her best selling cook books Passion and Hungry. Collectively we will then have time to savour the meal whilst also taking in the views and wildlife. To express your interest please email Helen - [email protected] |
