Now retired from a fulfilling career as a Paediatric physiotherapist I have turned my attention to the equally creative field of clay. I so enjoy discovering opportunities for expression that this medium allows. Despite being visually impaired I love to find stylised ways of creating when supported in this learning environment.
I have been working mostly with clay that is fired and then glazed. I have tried several different techniques and am still enjoying this exercise. of developing ways that I might express myself within my obvious limitations.
